Product Care
All pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, but are not oven safe. They are durable and will hold up to normal use, however extreme temperature changes, such as putting your piece directly into the microwave from the freezer, is not recommended.
Food Safety
All pieces are fully food safe and made with lead-free materials and glazes.
Variation
Each piece is made by hand and therefore there may be slight variation in size and color.
All sales are final. However, if you are not happy with your order, please contact me.
Domestic Shipping
All items will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx. Upon placing your order, you will be sent a confirmation email and then another email once the order has been shipped. If your pottery arrives broken please contact me within 5 days of the delivery date. I am more than happy to provide you with a replacement.
Local Pick Up
If you are local (near Bozeman, MT), you have the option to pick up your order in person. Just choose STORE PICK UP as your shipping option, and I will contact you when your order is ready.
